Ocean Pacific® is pleased to offer the ultimate in High Risk Medical/Industrial Glove protection. HAZARDPRO®. Is Designed and manufactured to provide superior tear and puncture resistance required for EMS applications as well as enhanced chemical resistance for fastidious industrial safety applications such as environmental clean up.
Hazardpro® has a 14 mil average single wall thickness which is 4.5 times thicker than standard medical examination gloves. This added thickness provides rugged durability suitable for virtually any hazardous application.
The extended 12-inch glove length is 3 inches longer than normal examination glove length, providing protection well over the wrist area ideal for applications where serious protection from contaminated liquids, blood borne or airborne biohazards is required.
Two Stage Latex dipping allows the latex film to be rinsed multiple times to remove production chemicals and latex allergens. This important manufacturing step reduces the latex protein content to less than 50 UG/G, the lowest level possible, significantly reducing the allergic potential of this latex glove.
Micro chlorination further fractionates the latex protein molecules to allow these particles to be effectively removed from the latex film.
Micro-chlorination is followed by neutralization and additional fresh water rinsing to remove all detectable levels of Production chemicals ensuring the ultimate in Biocompatibility.
Micro-chlorination provides a smooth interior surface allowing ease of donning without the use of irritating powders.
Textured exterior surface allows for enhanced grip in wet or dry applications.
The attractive Dark Blue Colour indicates that this glove is suitable for demanding applications.
Hazardpro® exceeds all ASTM standard specifications, as well as Health Canada requirements for Medical Grade Examination Gloves and is Certified for Handling Chemotherapy drugs and CFIA Certified for food Handling.
